  • Tune fallback logic for unclear or multiple intents

  • Verify calendar sync, contact tagging, and internal alerts

  • Monitor test results to ensure accuracy and readiness

WEEK 4 – Go Live & Optimize

Objective: Launch the AI agent on your clinic number.

  • Begin soft launch (monitoring 20–30 calls per day)

  • Track results: Appointments booked, Support handled, Human transfers triggered

  • Fix any issues in real time

  • Deliver SOP for clinical staff to work with CRM + AI
